Balancing the interests of all actors in the agricultural value chain is a major challenge in Sub-Saharan cities and one that the Impact Initiative alongside partners The Source Plus, Swansea University, LIDO,Maseno University,Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology, Kisumu County government, KILP, Motor-cycle taxi associations and Traders Association are exploring in more detail. To this end, a workshop was held at the Lake side in Kisumu,Kenya to explore and discuss the legal and policy aspects of role of motor cycle in food security affecting major cities.
